Tsow-Tun Le Lum Society is a Substance Use and Trauma Treatment Centre dedicated to supporting Indigenous people through culturally grounded healing. Our programs offer a safe and holistic environment where participants can reconnect with their strengths and embark on a journey toward wellness.
Duration: 6 weeks
This intensive live-in Alcohol & Drug (A\&D) program is designed for Indigenous individuals ready to leave substance use behind. Through culturally rooted therapy and personalized recovery pathways, participants gain tools to overcome the effects of alcohol and drug use.
Duration: 5 weeks
For Indigenous participants in long-term recovery who have abstained from alcohol and drugs for at least 6 months. This program provides a safe space for individuals to work through trauma with the support of counselors and therapists, fostering resilience and promoting healing.
Duration: 3 weeks
Designed for those experiencing grief that impacts daily life. Participants are given time and support to process emotions such as sadness, anger, depression, anxiety, shame, and guilt in a compassionate group setting.
