Tsow-Tun Le Lum: Helping House

Now offering referrals to three live-in programs in British Columbia, financially supported by the Tulalip Tribes.

Tsow-Tun Le Lum Society is a Substance Use and Trauma Treatment Centre dedicated to supporting Indigenous people through culturally grounded healing. Our programs offer a safe and holistic environment where participants can reconnect with their strengths and embark on a journey toward wellness.

Substance Use Program

Duration: 6 weeks
This intensive live-in Alcohol & Drug (A\&D) program is designed for Indigenous individuals ready to leave substance use behind. Through culturally rooted therapy and personalized recovery pathways, participants gain tools to overcome the effects of alcohol and drug use.

Trauma Program

Duration: 5 weeks
For Indigenous participants in long-term recovery who have abstained from alcohol and drugs for at least 6 months. This program provides a safe space for individuals to work through trauma with the support of counselors and therapists, fostering resilience and promoting healing.

Grief & Loss Program

Duration: 3 weeks
Designed for those experiencing grief that impacts daily life. Participants are given time and support to process emotions such as sadness, anger, depression, anxiety, shame, and guilt in a compassionate group setting.

A limited number of spots have been reserved specifically for Tulalip Tribal members. Early interest and application are encouraged to ensure placement and adequate support. For additional information, visit www.tsowtunlelum.org.
