Non-emergent Medical Transportation

The transportation team provides transportation to non-emergency medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments within Snohomish County. Services are provided to Tulalip Tribal members and are available Monday through Friday

  1. Call the transportation contact number to request a ride 360-716-5665.
  2. The transportation coordinator will check the transportation schedule to determine availability.

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • Transportation for all non-emergent medical appointments
  • Transportation for mental health
  • Transportation to treatment centers (we do not transport for daily dosing)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Tulalip Tribal Member (elders take priority)
  • All Transportation is strictly within Snohomish County
