Pediatrics

We provide complete medical care for your child. Visit types include (but are not limited to): routine well child exams, sick visits, immunization visits and sports physicals. Our staff care about your child and we work hard to develop positive and lasting relationships with both children and their parents.

Your team includes:

• A pediatrician closely connected with Seattle Children’s Hospital and other local pediatric specialists dedicated to providing the best care to Tulalip’s children.
• Our nurse practitioners evaluate children as well.
• Our Saturday clinic includes evaluation of children for sick visits.

Immunizations:

Immunizations have been one of the single greatest advances in preventative medicine and an essential part of well-child care. We follow the immunization guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Tulalip Health Clinic is the recipient of the Vaccine For Children 2017 and 2018 Bronze Status Awards. This annual statewide award recognizes medical practices with high immunization rates on childhood and adolescent vaccines. There are three tiers for award recognition: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Tribal verification (Tribal ID or Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood)
Address verification (PUD/water/cable/cell phone bill, copy of lease, or letter from an individual you are residing with)
Birth certificate
Social Security card
