• Reiki Therapy — a gentle hands-on method of directing and allowing the flow of Universal Life Force Energy for our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
• Acupuncture — a form of treatment that involves inserting very thin needles through a person's skin at specific points on the body, to various depths.
• Massage — the therapeutic practice of manipulating the muscles and limbs to ease tension and reduce pain.
• Chiropractic — employs manipulation and adjustment of body structures, such as the spinal column, so that pressure on nerves coming from the spinal cord may be relieved.
• Bowen Therapy — gentle but powerful soft tissue mobilizations using the thumbs and fingers over muscles, tendons, nerves, and fascia to restore the self-healing mechanism of the body.
