Amber Lynn Bennick, LMHCA Child, Youth, and Family Therapist

Amber Lynn Bennick brings a deeply relational, holistic, and heart-centered approach to her work as a Child, Youth, and Family Therapist with the Tulalip Tribes. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State, Amber’s practice is rooted in the belief that true healing happens through authentic connection, cultural respect, and an unwavering commitment to seeing the whole person.

Amber's clinical framework is built upon Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Model combined with trauma-informed and strength-based care. Amber recognizes that young people thrive when their environments—families, schools, peers, and cultural heritage—are recognized as fundamental components of their mental and emotional well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptom management, Amber's work honors the innate resilience, gifts, and self-sovereignty of every child and teenager they support.

With a background spanning mental health counseling, trauma-informed bodywork, and integrative wellness practices, Amber blends evidence-based relational science with deep empathy. Amber strives to cultivate therapeutic environments where children feel safe expressing themselves, processing intergenerational and systemic challenges, and reconnecting with their inherent strengths. Amber also offers a safe space for caregivers to receive support, resources, and guidance as we flow on this journey together.

It is a true gift for Amber to contribute to the wellness and future of the Tulalip community. Amber approaches their role with humility, active listening, and a genuine dedication to serving as a steady, supportive presence for youth and their families on their journeys toward growth and balance.
