Must be a tribal member, descendant or be pregnant with a tribal member from a federally recognized tribe.
Must reside in Snohomish County.
Must complete the registration packet and provide registration with the following documents;
Tribal Verification ( Tribal ID or Certification of Indian blood)
Address Verification (PUD/Water/Cable/Cell Phone Bill, copy of lease, or letter from individual you are residing with)
Birth certificate

Do tribal members have to follow-up after an ER visit?
You must notify the PAP department within 72 hours of visit/discharge. Failure to notify PAP will result in claim denial. If patients do not have insurance, they will have 30 days from date of service to apply.
What do I do if I get a bill from an outside doctor’s office?
Contact the doctors billing office and provide them the contact information for the PAP program.
Provide the doctor’s office with your primary insurance information.
Turn your bill into the PAP program within 60 days of date of service.

Can I get braces at the clinic?
Yes, but you must be a Tulalip Tribal Member with a recent exam, cleaning and be cavity free.
Do you have optometry?
Yes, but they are an outside vendor that comes to us three times a week.
You must have insurance or be PAP eligible to be seen by them.
Do you offer complementary medicine?
Acupuncture, massage and Bowen are offered within the clinic for Tulalip Tribal Members only.
All others can see Family Services for an appointment.
