Jennie Fryberg has dedicated nearly three decades of service to the Tulalip Health System, continuing a family legacy of commitment to advancing healthcare for the Tulalip Tribes. In recognition of their family's extraordinary contributions, the Tribe named its state-of-the-art medical facility, the Karen I. Fryberg Tulalip Health Clinic, in honor of Jennie's mother, whose decades of service helped shape healthcare delivery for the community.
A Tulalip Tribal Member, Jennie has spent more than 25 years serving the Karen I. Fryberg Tulalip Health Clinic in a variety of leadership and operational roles, including Front Desk Receptionist, Front Desk Supervisor, and Health Information Manager. Her deep understanding of patient care operations and community health needs led to her appointment as Patient Care Director in 2017.
In her current role, Jennie oversees the Child, Youth, and Family Wellness Office, the Tulalip Family Services Office, Special Programs, Referral Specialists, Outreach Services, and Medical Records.
Under her leadership, the Tulalip Health System has experienced significant growth and transformation, evolving from a single room in a trailer into a comprehensive network of nine healthcare facilities serving the community.
Passionate about supporting both patients and staff, Jennie is dedicated to carrying forward her mother’s vision of exceptional, community-centered healthcare. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, especially her nieces and nephews, and cheering on the University of Washington Huskies football and softball teams.
