LeAnn Young

LeAnn has over 20 years of optical experience and completed a 6,000-hour apprenticeship program through the American Board of Opticianry. She has worked at the Tulalip Health Clinic since 2016 and grew up in Everett.

Helping someone (especially a child) choose their first pair of glasses and watching their reaction when they put them on for the first time is one of the things she loves most about working in eye care. As someone who has worn glasses their entire life, LeAnn understands how important it is to have glasses you can see well out of and enjoy the way they look and feel on your face. Each patient is unique and enjoys the daily challenge of finding the perfect pair of glasses for everyone she works with.

LeAnn has a teenage daughter and is getting married to her long-term boyfriend in the summer of 2024. She is incredibly crafty and creates beautiful woodworking items for her co-workers and family from her Pinterest inspirations! She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family in her spare time, camping, gardening, and kayaking.
